Refund policy

At Kayarato, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your decal, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exceptions: Custom or personalized decals (with name) cannot be returned. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you for shopping with Kayarato!
