Are the labels really waterproof?
Yes. The labels are covered with a high-quality protective layer, so they take daily use and repeated washing on water bottles and lunch boxes while the colours stay put, with no fading and no peeling.
How big are the labels, and how many do I get?
It depends on the design. The count and size are written under each design, for example 30 labels at 6.6 × 2.6 cm. Each design carries one name; bigger bundles add more children or designs.
How should I write the name?
Exactly as you want it printed. We print what you type, so check the spelling before ordering. A long name makes the text smaller. Class is optional and prints under the name.
I don't know my child's class yet
Order now and tick "I don't know the class yet, I'll tell you later" on the design page. We message you on WhatsApp before printing, and nothing is printed until you tell us. Class is optional anyway, so you can order without it.
I have more than one child?
Choose a 40+ bundle or bigger on your first design and we will ask about each child: same design and name, or a different design, name or language. One child can be in Arabic and another in English in the same order.
When does it arrive, and what does delivery cost?
Any order before 11pm arrives tomorrow; orders after 11pm arrive the day after. The delivery date is shown at the top of the page before you order. Delivery is free between Fahaheel and Jahra; a small fee for farther areas shows at checkout before you pay.
